TORUS PHARMA COMPANY SRL (the Company) is bound to protect your personal data. The Company is of Romanian nationality and it is registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/7825/2013 and it carries out its activity in Bucharest, at 51 Calea Dorobanților, 1st floor, apt. 3, Bucharest.

You received this e-mail following the consent you granted to the Company when you registered with www.toruspharma.eu or because you contacted the Company (by e-mail at email@example.com or by calling 021 410 94 94), out of your own initiative, and/or your sent personal, medical and/or biometrical data via e-mail, and its purpose is to inform you on how the personal and/or medical and/or biometrical data we collect from you or that you provide to the Company are processed. The company uses the personal and the biometrical data it receives from you in order to deliver the goods you ordered and to issue the fiscal invoice that will accompany the order.
