Lysodren is indicated in the symptomatic treatment of advanced adrenal adenocarcinoma (unresectable, metastastic or relapsed).

GRAFALON (antilymphocyte immunoglobulin) is indicated, in association with other immunosuppressant drugs, to suppress immunocompetent cells, which are the cause of acute rejection or the Graft-versus-host disease.
It is generally administered for the following indications:
- To prevent the acute transplantation rejection in patients subjected to solid organ transplantation.
- Grafalon is indicated, in association with other immunosuppressants (e.g. glucocorticosteroids, purine antagonists, calcineurin inhibitors or mTOR inhibitors), to enhance the immune suppression following the allogenic transplantation of solid organs.
- The treatment of acute corticosteroid-resistant rejection occurring after the allogenic transplantation of solid organs.
- Grafalon is recommended in the treatment of acute corticosteroid-resistant rejection occurring after the allogenic transplantation of solid organs, if the therapeutic effect of methylprednisolone is unsatisfactory.
- Prevention of the Graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) disease in adults, following allogenic stem cell transplantation (SCT), Grafalon is indicated to prevent the Graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) in adults with malign hematologic diseases, following stem cell transplantations from compatible unrelated donors, in association with the standard cyclosporine A/methotrexate prophylaxis.

Medication indicated in
- Limiting paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT) involving the AV node. The introduction of the short AV block to detect and locate the accessory pathways with preexcitation.
- Pharmacological induction of cardiac ischemia during the radioisotope (thallium or technetium) myocardial scanning in patients where the effort cannot be sustained or is counterindicated. It can also be used during the ultrasound scan, if other stress pharmacological agents do not apply.
